1970 Dodge Charger

About

This particular 70 Dodge Charger has plenty of heritage. Racing heritage actually. It was THE car driven by one feather-haired, 16 year old Kyle Petty, all over Level Cross, North Carolina. At some point, the rear fenders were cut and flared, to give it a more aggressive stance.

I’ve been chasing this car for some time, and finally got the change to purchase it from Kyle’s son Austin. The car has an all original, forest green interior, original 383 under the hood, and original suspension and drum brakes. But, clearly, we can’t leave it STOCK! So we called up our friends at RideTech and they are sending a killer suspension set up, Wilwood is pitching in with BIG brakes, gnarly sounding MagnaFlow exhaust is on its way, plus a massive Odyssey battery, and fresh Continental rubber. It’s going to be fun! Stay tuned
