1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS

About

My 68 Camaro is another car with a cool story. It was one of two cars built for my friend Tanner Foust to stunt drive on the movie Need for Speed. Originally, he purchased one, and I purchased the other. After about a year I sold mine to my pal Steve Allgood (son of Randy Allgood of Kenwood Rod Shop). A few months later, when my seller’s remorse was really sinking in, Tanner called and offered me his. I said YES without hesitation. I knew I had to do something fun with this one, so I naturally called my friends at Summit Racing. We decided we’d put it to a vote, and let the fans decide what we would be adding to this already stout monster. The fans helped us pick new custom Forgeline GZ3 wheels, TMI Houndstooth seats, and a Heidt’s 4-link rear end. All that to go along with a Vintage Air GenIV AC kit, a Grip Royal steering wheel, Odyssey Performance battery, Kicker audio system, KC LED headlights and custom console from Kenwood Rod Shop.
